Staff Selection and Mobility
We shall work with Management on an integrated approach to staff selection and mobility.
We shall aim at an accelerated recruitment process that streamlines the application process, modernizes the evaluation and assessment of candidates, and speeds up selections, promotes the principles of geographical diversity and objective gender balance. The staff selection process needs to be transparent, streamlined and fast.
We shall also aim at the design of a new mobility system that revolves around geographic mobility, and ensures that service in high risk and isolated duty stations is managed effectively. Given lessons learned, there have been challenges to a “one size fits all” mobility system. We shall endeavor to design a mobility system that works for the field.
