Deep understanding of staff concerns, needs and challenges.
UN legal framework Legal practitioner, including staff Regulations and Rules.
Diplomatic, team player and leader with strong analytical skills.
Solution driven, problem solving with a positive mindset.

As a perseverant, constructive, and solution-driven leader, I am committed to keeping staff-centred approaches at the heart of every transition. Transformation must never come at the expense of those who serve on the front lines and work for peace in a challenging environment.

I will ensure that the Executive serves as a vital bridge between field realities and UN HQ, forging strong bonds to amplify collective advocacy for staff rights. As your candidate for the UNFSU President, I pledge to be a steadfast voice for field staff, ensuring that every reform reflects our lived realities, protects our rights, strengthens our future together, and build a UN that truly stands with its staff.

I will work towards turning the crisis into an opportunity, driving innovative solutions that transform concerns into concrete action. My focus is unwavering: empowering staff to shape a more responsive, resilient, and inclusive UN.

My objectives in representing you shall be to:

Actioning field staff voice. Yes to reforms, but with our inputs. Field staff at the negotiation table to shape our future.
Safeguarding our working conditions. Defend our rights, Protect acquired rights, what you've earned, and improve.
Advance equity & inclusion. Gender equity that works. Diversity that counts. International field staff challenges that matter.
Collaborative leadership. More interactions between Executive and Council. Sharing information Shared victories.
Enhance transparency. No backroom deals. Clear 2 ways communication. We deserve to know what's happening and why.
