					Gender Balance
The gender gap in the field has developed from a combination of systemic, structural, and traditional causes. We are deeply concerned by superficial approaches that focus only on statistics and risk solving one problem by creating others. Our commitment is to ensure that gender policies achieve their goals in a meaningful and sustainable way. Our goal is to secure, retain and promote our female staff who worked hard to earn their positions while continuing to provide fair career opportunities for all staff, regardless of gender.
