The Manifesto

We are committed to embark on our mandate with a clear vision and plan. Our manifesto is not just a list of staff’s issues concerns. It is supported by a full work plan, based on what we believe are optimal and reasonable approaches, within the legal, political, financial constraints of our organization. We shall organize our work in a way that issues with the utmost priority be addressed without further delay while not dismissing chronic shortfalls of the system.
